Revealed: Britain’s Most Expensive Streets 2026

The latest annual analysis of Britain’s most expensive streets highlights a market with a significant divide between the highest-value locations and the rest of the country.
The new data reveals that while a handful of locations outside London command multi-million-pound asking prices, the highest-value streets remain heavily concentrated within the Capital, with just one non-London address appearing within the top 20.

That street is East Road in Elmbridge, Surrey, where the average asking price stands at £8,795,714, placing it fifth overall and making it the most expensive street outside London.

London’s dominance remains clear
Colleen Babcock, property expert at Rightmove, which produces the annual ‘most expensive streets’ data, commented: “This year’s top 20 is taken up almost entirely by London addresses, showing the city still reigns as supreme when it comes to ultra-prime property.
“For buyers looking for prestigious roads outside of the hustle and bustle of London, Elmbridge in Surrey is flying the flag for the rest of the country as the only area outside the capital to make the top 20 list.”
