In their latest BBC series, Amanda & Alan’s Greek Job, Amanda Holden and Alan Carr renovate a stone property in the village of Kokkini in Corfu.

Over the past few years, Amanda and Alan have carved out a distinctive niche within property television, combining renovation projects with a format that leans as much on their on-screen dynamic as the buildings themselves. Their series has followed a consistent formula – sourcing neglected properties in character locations and transforming them into completed property renovations – with each project subsequently attracting market interest.

As with previous projects, the completed property has now been listed for sale, as follows:

Amanda & Alan’s Greek Job – Kokkini, Corfu – €595,000 (approx £520,000)

Located in the village of Kokkini on the island of Corfu, this two-bedroom residential property, known as ‘Alamanda’, was renovated as part of the BBC series Amanda & Alan’s Greek Job. The property has been restored to combine original features with modern finishes, including a country-style kitchen with marble worktops, exposed beams and restored stone flooring. The main living space is arranged across split levels, with a dining area and seating space positioned within a light-filled interior.

The two double bedrooms situated on the upper level are accessed via an external staircase, with both rooms benefiting from sea views. A mezzanine area provides additional accommodation space, while the bathroom features a custom-built circular bathtub and tiled finishes. Externally, the property includes a landscaped garden, with the wider location offering proximity to coastal areas including Agios Stefanos and Kassiopi.

The property has gained international exposure through its television appearance and wider media coverage, contributing to increased awareness among potential buyers. Data from Rightmove shows that following the broadcast of the series, Corfu became the most searched-for overseas destination on the platform, with searches increasing by 173 per cent year-on-year, overtaking locations including Dubai, the Costa del Sol and the Algarve.

Proceeds from the sale will be split equally between Comic Relief and BBC Children in Need.
