As 2025 draws to a close, one of the UK’s largest property portals has revealed its most-viewed properties of the year, from an historic town centre house bordered by an ancient town wall with views over the estuary beyond, which drew headlines due for its unique stiletto-shaped bath; to an ultra-prime mansion in St John’s Wood priced at close to £50 million. The most-viewed list also includes a vast Georgian house situated on a six-acre plot in Newcastle-upon-Tyne; a Victoria townhouse in Glasgow’s Peak District, rich in period features and an expansive Grade I listed country house near Oakham, surrounded by acres of parkland.
